CHECK IN
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, until 9:00 p.m. The client must inform the establishment in advance of the expected arrival time.
CHECK OUT
Check-out must be done before 12:00 on the day of departure. There is the possibility of processing a late check out, with an additional cost, as long as the apartment is available and agreed in advance.
PETS
Pets are prohibited from entering the hotel. Pets of any kind are not accepted.
CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN
From 24 months onwards they must stay in rooms equipped with a sofa bed.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival date. You will pay the full price if you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date.
HOURS OF REST
Clients must respect both daytime and nighttime schedules (especially nighttime hours), with respect to noise, both in common areas and in the rooms.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas of the tourist apartments, only on the terraces.
